Yes, only if the Wind instrument has absolutely nothing electrical or
electronic. Once EEE is added the entire instrument falls under WEEE.

Electronics is being added everywhere since it adds "nifty ness" and can
add new functions.

Yamaha does make other instruments that do use EEE so it doesn't surprise
me that they would want to use the same solder.
