Ken,
SAC405 might be proprietary adding cost. I would suggest SAC305 as it seems
to be more common and will get greater technical support on this forum and
others. Joel

Subject: [LF] Ledafree solder Paste: SAC305 v/s SAC405
All,
We are about to select lead-free solder paste for internal use and I am just
wondering based on your real experience - should I go for SAC305 (3% silver)
or should I opt for SAC405 (4% silver)?
Any suggestions/comments will be highly appreciated.
re,
Ken Patel
