definition would be appreciated so that we can identify this unfortunate
practice when it takes place. John, can you provide us with a clear
definition of what these things are?>

Yes you are right. These terms get quite difficult to explain or describe
since piles of long term problems, or life norms, in a particular culture
that have existed for centuries get bundled together under these terms.
For example someone working in Somalia can show dying children, and
starvation and blame it on the OutLanders treatment of workers. Beyond this
one can show humans in that far away culture, nation, scrabbling for jobs
and income as they become brutal to each other.
