IPC announces the availability of IPC-CF-152B, Composite Metallic Material
Specification for Printed Wiring Boards.

IPC-CF-152B addresses the requirements for copper/invar/copper,
copper/molybdenum/copper composites used in electronic applications. At the end of
the document is a series of spreadsheets, which outline engineering and performance
data for composite materials. The specification sheets are provided with a number for
ordering purposes.
