Hi Paul,
I was really surprised by the pitch and number of pins... I have done a few
BGA's but none like that... I have a general link for breakout design you
can take a look at but you probably are more informed than that can help.

My suggestion would be to look into via in pad blind laser vias for some of
your signals. You will have more area for breakout that way. Since I don't
know the specific chip layout that's about all I can tell you. I always hit
up the manufacturer for help when I run across these things because you KNOW
they have to test the thing and demo it... someone has laid it out before!
