I am interested. IDF seems like a simple and powerful way of sending data
from electrical and mechanical. Anyone else?

The German Fachverband Elektronik-Design (FED) supports further
development of IDF. If there would be more interest in combining
mechanical and electronic data (we call it CAD Mechatronics) we would
open a user forum. Dave Kehmeier "on of our group", ex IDF guru at
Mentor, has taken on the responsibility to develop IDF further. He
certainly would be pleased to answer questions.

So, is there an IDF comunity out there? Let me know!
