Is the IPC-D-275 spec supposed to reference the IPC-RB-276 spec? IPC-RB-276
supercedes IPC-SD-320 and IPC-ML-950, but I can't find either of these
referenced either. IPC-RB-276 references the IPC-D-275, but not the other
way around. How do I tie in the performance specification from IPC-D-275?
