Dear all,

 

  According to PCB material FR4 chart, the SR and VR is required and
material datasheet all show the test value, can we cal the dielectric
withstand volts by Ohm Law? We assume the dielectric breakdown current value
is 5 mA . And all the dielectric thickness for VR is defined and the line
width and spacing is also defined for SR.
