 Hi there,

I'm going to share with you our sistem to manufacture double sided PCB's
to find a way of improve this sistem

1.- Drilling of the panels
2.- Electroless Copper
3.- Electrolitic Copper
4.- Printing of the etching mask
5.- Electrolitic Tin-Lead
6.- Strip of the alkaly ink
7.- Etching
8.- Stripping of the electrolitic Tin-Lead
9.- Solder Mask

My question is ¿How is possible that we have to put Electrolitic Tin-Lead to
protect the PTH
from the etching end after that have to stripping?

I'm sure that it has to be an other way to do this without wasting time
and money in
Electrolitic Tin-Lead.

I will appreciate a lot if anyone of you can tell me your oppinions of this.

  Best regards

We are using elecroplating Tin-Lead and the mayor
problem is calculate the area to be electrplated to calculate
the current per panel.

If anyone of you knows a software that calculate this area
please tell me where I can get it.

    Thanks for your time.
