Hi All,
I'm getting ready to do my first aluminum clad pcb design. Is there an IPC standard for the manufacturing of the constructed (dielectric and aluminum) bare board? I'd like to list the standard in my fabrication notes if there is one. I'm not sure how to correctly word the material call out on the fabrication drawing?
Are there other IPC standards regarding metal clad or metal core pcb's I should be aware of? All suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Arlene Fox, CID
