Phil,

If you don't find anything that works directly with Protel 99SE, you might
like to try PCBTestPoints from DynaCad Design Services. It works on both
binary and ASCII (PDIF) format databases for P-CAD and PDIF format databases
from Accel EDA and Protel. I know that, at one time, Protel had the ability
to output a PDIF format database - you may need to check with them if it
still exists or if you can get a utility to do it for you. You can download
the test point program (PCBTP.ZIP) from the Software page at
http://www.dynacad.com.

Subject: [DC] Automated Test Point Tools

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone is having any success with the automated test
point generation for In Circuit Test of PBAs?
Any feedback re third party software, (or anything) would be appreciated.
(I'm using Protel 99SE for PB design)

thankyou,

Phil.
