Chris,
OOOOOh boy did you hit an old deep wound on the cubicle thing.
We had a manager that had that old 60's mentality of management.
He had to see rows and columns of people or there could not possibly be any
real work
being done. When we moved into a new building it was a nock down drag out
fight to
get at least short wall cubes, but the CAD seats had to be open, just our
desk area was cubed.
When he left the very first act we did was to get tall cubes for everyone
and combine our CAD
and desk area. Look out Team Centric management may be next.
