I'm in New York just across the PA border near Binghamton. There is a local
chapter listed as  Susquehanna Region, NY, but it appears to be
inactive/non-existent. They have a web site http://dcchapters.ipc.org/src/
but the Event Calendar shows the next meeting as 12/15/98. All the DC
chapters and their contact info are listed on the IPC web site;

Just to change the subject a little.
A little while ago, someone, I think it was Bill, was talking about being
active and supporting your local Designer's Council. While I think this has
merit, there doesn't seem to be one near me. That being said, last Halloween
I took the C.I.D in Minneapolis (I think??) and was talking to someone from
IPC about possible starting a local unit around me. Silly me didn't get a
business card and I can't remember names. My location is just off the
Pennsylvania Turnpike, half way between Philadelphia and Harrisburg. Any
designers out there near me??? What would the closest local council be?
