Gary,
I'll help in as best I can and in the process hopefully not cause too many
problems. I tried contacting several of the listed officers a couple years
ago and found that most had moved on. This area has been lost a large number
of jobs in the last 10 - 15 years and I wasn't sure how much interest was
left.
My resources are limited and my main goal is to try and get involved and
learn as much as possible along the way. Feel free to pass my contact

IPC and I have been in contact with the current chapter leaders in
Binghamton and are currently in the process of re-activating that
chapter. The chapter can use some local assistance on their management
