Andre,
Use a footprint per IPC-7351. Your assembly engineer will need to specify
home plate or H shaped stencil apertures. As long as the process is good, you
shouldn't have tombstoning problems with 0402.

But make sure you also get a copy of IPC-7351, to help understand the
information you need to input to the calculator, and how calculations are
done, in case you need to tweak any settings.
