     You are absolutely correct. 2 oz cu and 004 mil lines are a nightmare
     from a yield standpoint although we have produced some in our TC. 1/2
     oz and 1/4 oz are better suited for lines this tight.

Don't forget to account for copper weight.
I doubt any fab house can produce 4/4 on
two ounce copper.  For 4/4 would you not
want to go above half ounce?
