Well, if IPC-2222 is still current...
Section 9.2.2 Plated-Through Holes
also Table 9-3
According to Table 9-3, the numbers you mentioned fit into the 'minimum hole
to maximum lead diameter' columns... with 0.25mm = Level A, and 0.15mm =
Level C.
IF... I am reading it correctly.
