I agree. These are the four areas I'd be most interested in. I would only
change the priority as follows (purely selfish because we are changing
software):
1) Library Development
2) Design Capture
3) Routing
4) Documentation
As stated below, the addition of placement strategies and breaking routing
into manual and auto strategies would be more beneficial than a general
discussion.

I'll have to agree with Ron, these 4 seem to be the
most practical and most used by designers. I would
also like to see with Routing--Placement strategies,
and choosing alternate parts. Also, I would like to
see someone talk about scripts and shortcuts used to
aid in the tools out there. Routing---I would like to
see broken into both autorouting strategies as well
and manual routing strategies.
