I agree. These are the four areas I'd be most interested in. I would only change the priority as follows (purely selfish because we are changing software): 1) Library Development 2) Design Capture 3) Routing 4) Documentation As stated below, the addition of placement strategies and breaking routing into manual and auto strategies would be more beneficial than a general discussion.
