Autosplice is good at pin placement. www autosplice.com
If it doesn't have to be a pin you could avoid a dedicated machine by going
to a test point that mimics an 0805 component.  This is a metal loop on 8mm
tape and reel that is picked and placed like any chip component.  In
different sizes from E-Mark. 800/831-5383
