I too had two conveyors identical to each other made by Dynapace, they
are well made. a 4ft section (top an bottom fans) was about $9K each
and use them at the end of two of my reflow ovens.

I have used such a cooling conveyor exiting the wave solder machine. To
achieve specific temperature cool down rate, several factors are involved:
air movement (fans) over conveyor, thermal mass of PCB (layer
count/components), and length of conveyor.
Dynapace near Chicago custom made the conveyor for us, and they could
fabricate one to your needs. The contact there is:
