Hi Earl,
A 1100 I/O CCGA with 1.0 mm pitch is about 33 mm square, a 3000 I/O with 08
mm pitch is about 44 mm square. How tall are the columns you are using? Are
you putting these CCGAs on FR-4? What kind of application environment are
these assemblies going into? Has anybody checked these arrangements for
reliability?
