That is not true!  Around September 25, 1999, McGean-Rohco received
Telcordia (Bellcore) approval for the DuraBOND Multilayer bonding system
(white oxide).  This is the only Bellcore approved oxide alternative in
the field (We have the Technology and Reliability report to prove it!).
