Dave,

Today Network Circuits can boast a production yield of 98.5%. This includes a first pass yield at electrical test of 99% [for another question asked of the group]. Turnaround time in CAM of course depends on the job. Anywhere from a 1/2 hour to two days. Quick turns such as 12- 24- and 36- hour jobs will go through much faster. On average the job takes two hours in CAM. Today we can also proudly exclaim a shipment return (reject at the customer) rate of 0.21% of sales, again our goal here is 0.0%

Am I tooting our own horn, hell yes I am, we're proud of the direction we're heading.

Do we make mistakes, certainly, but we never lose sight of the goal [100%].

Hope this answers some questions.

Subject: [TN] CAM quality and turnaround

Technetters,

OK, let me ask my quality question differently.  I agree (and our customers
demand) 100% quality and 100% turnaround.  What level of quality and
turnaround are you achieving?

Thanks,
Dave Roesler
