This is the weird part, we occasionally observe
this after etch, but it is more prominent after HASL????
We have tossed around the idea of resin starvation, but it got
dropped earlier in the game. Don't ask me why, I'm not the one with the most
expertise in this area.
The one thing everyone keeps remarking on is that they haven't
seen measles in years. I'm thoroughly puzzled.
