Your installer should tell you the simple tests also for osmonic pressure. If the floor "oozes" water, you will have trouble. 2)I've always installed using ground strapping to the rest of the building's commong ground. Also, just for giggles and to keep good electrical contact, I've at times gold plated the grounding straps to minimize corrosion. 3)I also like the VPI conductile best. It keeps its appearance with little maintenance and is an excellent material both for ESD and traffic.
