The results were not surprising, but if others had problems with answering
question 3, I think it is misleading.  It forces you to choose one even if
you do not know a source for any of the items listed.

I was not shocked to see the majority of the responders did not invest any
time or effort investigating an alternative if your industry is exempt.
Most have probably been doing what we have and operating in "monitoring"
mode.

It would not be considered good business to spend money where it is not
required.

Of course some will say it should have been required, but I do not intend to
tread through those waters again.

Thanks for the input on the MIL specs, it has been helpful.  Should I
discover any additional information I will of course add it to the trough.
