That type data may be hard to come by. As was mentioned earlier in this
conversation, there may not be too many reliability studies on nonconforming
conditions for that particular reason, they are nonconforming conditions.

China Lake studies were no doubt performed to support criteria in
MIL-STD-2000 or some other similar MIL standard. The best you might hope for
are failure analysis reports from an associate, someone on TechNet, or the
like.
