About the only thing that we used to think would work is a chlorinated solvent, like Trichlorethylene, or Perchlorethylene. Frankly, if this is not an on-going issue, I might consider trying to cut a deal with a local dry cleaner, as they use Perchloroethylene (they call it "Perk") normally. Good luck.
