Hi Franco! IBM of Yasu,Japan has developed a process for using their photosensitive solder mask as a dielectric and photodeveloping the vias. This is called Surface Laminar Circuits,or SLC. However,SBU does not mean a specific process. SBU is an abbreviation of Sequential Build Up which contains many process from drilled micro via ,laser via, plasma via and of course potovia. SLC is one of SBU. Regards, Motoyo Wajima Enterprise Server Division,Hitachi,Ltd.(Japan) franco vezzoli $B$5$s$O=q$-$^$7$?
