Anyone using 0201's out there? I can't seem to get a land pattern that will pass En601010 Pollution Degree 2 Specs. The minimum distance I'm allowed between the inner pads is .008 (.2mm) When I use the Land Pattern Calculator, I get negative numbers for (Min G). Can anyone help? What are our Land Pattern Dimensions? Are there tomb stoning problems?
