Multicore produce colophony free solders in 3 and 5 core versions (reel). These have a halide content of 0.5% and conforms to j-std-004. However my own experience is that it is requires retraining to use and can leave a large flux deposit - unsightly but non corrosive. It's not perfect in my opinion but the world seems to be moving that way!
