I am looking for process that works with bonding a thin DSPTH .016" FR4 material with another material, possibly kapton, laminate, or prepreg to this finished DSPTH panel. The second material will be .008" think and its real purpose to be permanently attached to the DSPTH PWB will be as an insulator/spacer. Any body have any ideas or experience in a project like this??? rle |-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=| | Rich Everman (mailto:[log in to unmask]) | PWB Component Engineer | Kimball Electronics Group | 812-634-4401 fax 4700 | http://www.kegroup.com |=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-| ################################################################ TechNet E-Mail Forum provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ################################################################ To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TechNet <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TechNet ################################################################ Please visit IPC's web site (http://www.ipc.org) "On-Line Services" section for additional information.
