I support Mike's suggestion 100%.  I have my "policy": never open any
"unkown" source of attachment (I never read the attachment of this
forum..nothing personal).  Could we set up to use web-site link only (make a
web page of the attachment and published with limited time=say 1 week on the
web... that is= if your provider allow you to do so...I think the "red tape"
is going to fly all over, (to me the attachement and webpage are not that
different... ;-)
