Anne, I couldn't find any definitions for CTI, but I did find some people who were spec'ing it for different materials used in electronics/electrical usage. The CTI was specified in Volts, and the people who specified it said it was tested using the following standards: UL746 DIN 53480 IEC 60664-1 IEC 60664-3 I didn't have much luck finding these standards, but maybe that will help you in your search.
