A good place to look for this kind of information is ANSI/IPC-PC-90 General Requirements for Implementation of Statistical Process Control which is available from the IPC. Page 5 defines Cpk as equal to the min of CPL,CPU where CPL is process performance related to lower specification limit and CPU is process performance related to upper specification limit.
