Steve: Unbeknownst to you, what you have just estimated was a 4 Tire change at Daytona. 1) 15 secs to jump over the wall and jack up the right side of the car 2) 15 -20 seconds to change the right side tires and the last 15 - 30 seconds to jump over to the other side of the car to change the last two tires. All this while gassing up! All that I gotta say is that it will take you about as long as the "Bud at the Glen" race to finish one of these boards. I think that you will need to consider a P,F,&D factor for this work. It is typically a 15% add on to your standard labor. (P,F,&D = Personal, Fatigue and Delay) I also think that you need to consider either a cushion for additonal rework caused by the rework that you are performing or add in some kind of a difficulty factor. Your estimate is on the lean side due to the amount of work on one board. Good Luck. P.S. #3 doesn't do anything for me. I like #5.
