Gerry, We thank you for re-igniting a fire best left an ember. Hell, you got Les and me talking about our past lives under chemical duress during the CIC era (her's carbon monoxide - mine using ferric chloride to etch CIC) plus our days nearly missing each other in the sky. Steve amd Les both proceeded to remind me how great controlled crashes were in the "old" days. (Steve, I know we all somberly remember the P-3 and NASA Convair 880 crews lost at the appoach end to Moffet Field at Sunnyvale's Muni golf course - hole 13). The black flag flew for years after. Anyway, thanks for a cruise down memory lane and how much of this stuff still is viable. CIC - can the pig fly - it did once and still does for some applications. Enjoy the holidays one and all, Earl Moon ################################################################ TechNet E-Mail Forum provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ################################################################ To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TechNet <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TechNet ################################################################ Please visit IPC's web site (http://www.ipc.org) "On-Line Services" section for additional information.
