Hi all,

Our solder on the Technical Devices wave solder machine is set to come on
at early morning so that by the time my operators come in for work,
solder pot will be at its set temperature. My operators have noticed
solder splatters along the conveyor rails and vacinity around the solder
pot. I think it happens during heating of the solder pot. Do you have
any ideas as to what would cause the solder pot to splatter during
heating?

Your input is greatly appreciated
