Currently our PCB house is using a lamination material called Nanya
di-functional, and are requesting to change to Nanya Tetra-functional.

They would also like to change the soldermask they use from Taiyo PSR 4000
to Tamura DSR 2200.

They state they have run extensive tests and found the substitute materials
to be as good or better than the current material they use.

Since I am not familiar with these materials I was wondering if any of you
technetters have any comments with regards to whether you think this would
be an acceptable change or not.

You input with regards to this matter is, as always, greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,
Kathy Palumbo
