Scott, You probably will not find a good source of information for glue stencil patterns. I have in-house developed glue stencil patterns we use. Typically we use 8-10mil stencil thickness with a rubber squeegee and use printable glue (that's what one glue mfg claims). However I don't have an extensive experience using our in-house developed glue patterns, So far so good any way. If you are interested in, I can fax you our glue patterns for your eyes only.
