Howoo Jo, I usually mix apple and orange in a blender with a tiny little bit of water and drink the oranpple. What's this?? Are ya trying to invent a new theory?? I was trained to believe since my school years two decades ago, copper width determines electrical current carrying capacity and the spacing btw traces determines voltage level requirement. Fr. Hi Ken - You are trying to compare apples and oranges. Voltage determines the track widths needed, current determines the spacing between traces, pins, etc. At least I'm fairly certain about this answer. I'm sure there will be better answers forthcoming. :-) Jo JoAnn L. Amerson Design Librarian Red Lion Controls, Inc.
