Randy,

I use Infinite Graphics' PAREXT DFM tool in a service bureau environment.
It is very good at taking in the variety of data formats that we receive.
It also does a good, thorough DFM analysis.

If you have specific questions, I can give you more information.

Greetings TechNetters,

Any war stories using automated DFM (Design For Manufacturing) tools in a
contract mfg environment (many data source types)? What tools? Pros/cons?

Thanks

Randy Anderson
