Is IPC-PC-90 same with ANSI/IPC-PC-90? ANSI/IPC-PC-90 is so called"General Requirement for Implementation of Statistical Process Control" while IPC-PC-90 is supposed to describe quality system in IPC-4101. Maybe it's a stupid question, but I do appreciate your help.
