Ryan, Your best bet is to contact your insurance carrier and have them send in a licensed Industrial Hygenist to perform the testing. They will hook up a air sampling system to your operators and have them perform their normal work routine to develop what OSHA calls an "8 hour Time Weighted Average (TWA)" to establish average exposure. Operators working in wavesolder operations should have blood work done when starting to work in the area to establish a baseline of lead in their system which is used in conjunction with ongoing blood tests (6/12 month intervals, unless OSHA has defined a timeframe) to monitor for additional exposure.
