I've had a problem with one of my board vendors where a piece of prepreg was
left out between two inner layers on an impedance controlled board. So I was
wondering, what kind of controls are used to keep this from happening? It's
a completely manual process, so there's a lot of room for human error.
Increased sampling, as they'd like to do, doesn't seem like an effective
answer to me, and I'm sure that there are good ways to prevent this out
there. Anyone have any interesting thoughts on this subject?

Thanks,
Matt Sanders
