For years we used a staking formulation developed by RCA using CPC-18.Our Moorestown plant bought a formulated urethane staking material called blue Smerf from PRC. The latter material met the requirements of weapons specification 10023. Both of these companies have discontinued manufacture of these materials. I am looking for another source of urethane that we can use to formulate staking material. I already know about the Uralanes and solithane 113. The material I am looking for has to meet outgassing, toxicity, and flammability per NASA requirements.Does anyone out there know of another source of urethanes? ################################################################ TechNet E-Mail Forum provided as a free service by IPC using LISTSERV 1.8c ################################################################ To subscribe/unsubscribe, send a message to [log in to unmask] with following text in the body: To subscribe: SUBSCRIBE TechNet <your full name> To unsubscribe: SIGNOFF TechNet ################################################################ Please visit IPC's web site (http://www.ipc.org) "On-Line Services" section for additional information.
