The adhesion of conductive epoxy is very much dependent on the pad and component terminal. The Au pad and Ag/Pd component terminal have the best adhesion. Most of conductive epoxy will experience resistance change under 85/85 test. Stencil printing is better than dispensing. Dispensing always have the tailing problem. Try the vendors of AlphaMetal and Sumitomo.
