     Will thermal conductivity help you? Here's some typical figures:

Copper: 400 watt/minute per degree Kelvin
Ceramic: 18 watt/minute per degree Kelvin
Fiberglass (FR4): .4 watt/minute per degree Kelvin
Plastic: .2 watt/minute per degree Kelvin
