Rios, You have to determine the sampling plan based on the amount of defects or rejects you encounter in-process, at the back-in or upon receipt. If you have a high number of defects then your sample plan may need to be higher and the inverse if quality and rejects are low. As a starting point, I would use the C=0 sampling plan. If possible, acquire "Zero Acceptance Number Sampling Plan," Fourth Edition or later, by Nicholas L. Squeglia. This is only a starting point there are other types of sampling plans available. The above mention is from old days of MIL-STD-105E but are in good use today. Again the sampling plan should be based on my first response above.
